OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY (OT)
OT is a healthcare discipline that supports individuals of all ages facing physical, sensory, or cognitive challenges, helping them regain independence in various aspects of their lives. Occupational therapists address barriers affecting emotional, social, and physical well-being by developing personalised strategies that empower clients to overcome limitations and engage fully in daily activities. Through this client-centred approach, OT enhances functional capabilities and promotes overall quality of life and a sense of purpose.
