SCHEDULE OF FEES

 

Initial Consultation (45 mins)     $130 

 

For a new patient or an existing patient with a new injury or problem area. 

​

* Claimable to Private Health with 'Extras' or 'Ancillary cover'. 

 

* Patients on a Chronic disease management plan or Team care arrangements, are provided a rebate from Medicare of $58. (Out of pocket $72). Care plan must be arranged via your GP if you are eligible. 

 

At times a longer follow up appointment may also be suggested in consultation with you, such as for:

* Multiple treatment areas   

* Pain lasting over 3 months (chronic pain) 

* Exercise rehab & Programming (eg. Denmark Rec Centre supervised gym programming)

Follow Up consultation (30 mins)   $100

​

Standard follow up consultations are used once a diagnosis and treatment plan has been developed, for most subsequent physio appointments.

* Patients on a Chronic disease management plan or Team care arrangements, are provided a rebate from Medicare of $58. (Out of pocket $42). Care plan must be arranged via your GP if you are eligible.

Strapping Appointment (15 mins)   $45

​

Strapping appointment. Fully covered by most private health funds.

​

Workers Compensation, Motor Vehicle and DVA patients are not billed personally. Invoices are sent directly to the third party insurer at standard rates once approval is provided to us by the third party.
