PHYSIOTHERAPY SCHEDULE OF FEES
Initial Consultation (45 mins) $145
For a new patient or an existing patient with a new injury or problem area.

* Claimable to Private Health with 'Extras' or 'Ancillary cover'.
* Patients on a Chronic disease management plan or Team care arrangements, are provided a rebate from Medicare of $60.35. (Out of pocket $84.65). Care plan must be arranged via your GP if you are eligible.
At times a longer follow up appointment may also be suggested in consultation with you, such as for:
* Multiple treatment areas
* Pain lasting over 3 months (chronic pain)
* Exercise rehab & Programming (eg. Denmark Rec Centre supervised gym programming)

Follow Up consultation (30 mins) $105
​
Standard follow up consultations are used once a diagnosis and treatment plan has been developed, for most subsequent physio appointments.

Strapping Appointment (15 mins) $55

Strapping appointment. Fully covered by most private health funds.

Workers Compensation, Motor Vehicle and DVA patients are not billed personally. Invoices are sent directly to the third party insurer at standard rates once approval is provided to us by the third party.

OT SCHEDULE OF FEES

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
We accept NDIS referrals for participants who are self and plan managed. Our NDIS Occupational Therapy services include ongoing therapy, assessments, and reporting. All referrals are to be completed using our OT referral form button above.
60 minute consultation: $193.99
45 minute consultation: $145.50
Please note that we are not an NDIS-registered provider. We are unable to provide NDIS-funded services to participants who are NDIA (agency) managed.
GP Referrals
We accept referrals from your General Practitioner. Remember to ask your GP if you are eligible for a Team Care Arrangement which can provide you a medicare rebate on OT services.
Initial consultation: $195 ($134.65 out of pocket with medicare rebate of $60.35)
Follow-up consultation: $150 ($89.65 out of pocket with medicare rebate of $60.35)
Private Referrals
We accept privately paying clients, to be self-referred please click on the OT Referral form button above. Private Health Fund rebates depend on your level of private health cover.

Follow-up consultation: $150
Home Care Packages
We accept home care packages to provide OT services to aged-care clients. Information regarding fees will be provided upon referral, depending on your home care package level. All referrals are to be completed using our OT referral form.
Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)
We accept DVA referrals for OT services. Information regarding fees will be provided upon referral, depending on your DVA level.
